The committee of directors of Hindustan Construction Company on Monday has allotted 47,59,291 shares of the company of face value Rs 1 each to Vijaya Bank following the completion of the process of conversion of debt into equity under the Scheme for Sustainable Structuring of Stressed Assets (S4A).

The HCC has further allotted 2,56,716 optionally convertible debentures (OCD) of face value Rs 1,000 to Vijaya Bank under the S4A scheme.

Meanwhile, the stock gained 0.80% at Rs 75.25 per share on BSE.

On NSE, the stock attracted a traded volume of 4,45,355 shares and a traded value Rs 335.71.

Vijaya Bank is a public sector bank. The bank offers various financial products and services, such as deposit products, loans and advances, card services, remittances and collection, and non-resident Indian (NRI) services.
