According to the national news agency Piramal Enterprises its subsidiary Piramal Finance limited it has sanctioned Rs.700 Cr to the ACME Solar holdings.

In 2016 ACME it raised Rs.499 crore from PFL and its partner, Dutch pension fund APG Asset Management NV. It is the Second round offunding by the ACME Solar from the Piramal's financial arm.

ACME is also planned to be used, its funds to invest in the solar and electric transportation business and also the completion of projects.

A healthy dividend payout of 36.10% has been maintained by the company and it is as per market observers.

On Thursday, on NSE the stock is traded volume of 87,789 shares and its trading value is 2,520.78 lakh.
