Capital First Limited has raised Rs 50 crore by issuing Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis, the company said in its BSE filing on Tuesday.

The company also said that the Debenture Committee approved the allotment of 500 NCDs having a face value of Rs 10 lakh each.

The stock of Capital First Limited was trading at Rs 665.65, up by Rs 9 or 1.37% as at 1229 hours on Wednesday, on the BSE.  The stock had hit a high of Rs 670.70.

Capital First is a financial institution focused on providing debt financing to micro small and medium enterprises (MSME) and Indian consumers.
