The BSE Realty index is trading at 1497.91 levels, down by 10.82 points or 0.73%.

Whereas, HDIL is up by 2.62%, Indiabulls Real Estate is up by 1.38%, DLF is up by 1.31% and Prestige Properties is up by 1.22%. While, Godrej Properties is down by 1.20% and Oberoi Realty is down by 0.90%.

DLF is contributing 46% to the index gains, lifting the sectoral index to higher levels. Among all the index constituents there are 8 advances and 2 declines. Housing Development & Infrastructure Ltd is currently trading at Rs 70.55, up by Rs 1.8 or 2.62% from its previous closing of Rs 68.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 69.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs 71.2 and Rs 68.4 respectively. So far 15221149(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs 2983.78 crore.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 108.75 on 12-Jul-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs 52.25 on 27-Dec-2016. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 72.45 and Rs 63.65 respectively.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 36.49 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 44.26 % and 19.25 % respectively. The stock is currently trading above its 200 DMA.
