DCM Shriram has informed the bourses that the board of the company has declared a second interim dividend of Rs 2.80 per share of the face value of Rs 2 each for the financial year ended 2016-17.

DCM Shriram in the last one year, has surged by 149%, outperforming the BSE Sensex and the Mid-cap index, and is trading with a P/E of 11.87.

BNP Paribas Mutual Fund is the top fund house which has invested in the stock of the company, on the other hand IDFC, Reliance and L&T Mutual Fund are the other fund houses which have invested in the stock of the company. DCM Shriram Ltd is currently trading at Rs 277.75, up by Rs 0.7 or 0.25% from its previous closing of Rs 277.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 277 and has touched a high and low of Rs 284 and Rs 269.7 respectively. So far 432438(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs 4499.74 crore. The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 294 on 06-Feb-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs 107 on 12-Feb-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 294 and Rs 274 respectively. The promoters holding in the company stood at 63.87 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 11.73 % and 22.52 % respectively. The stock is currently trading above its 50 DMA.
