Bosch Limited has announced that the board of directors of the company at their meeting held on February 10, 2017, has approved a special pay-out in the form of an interim dividend. The interim dividend is of Rs 75 per equity share of Rs 10 each, payable to the registered shareholders of the company. The interim dividend will be paid to the registered shareholders on or after February 23, 2017.

The stock has delivered 38.01% returns in a period of one year, outperforming the BSE Auto and the BSE Sensex over the same time span. Headquartered in Gerlingen, near Stuttgart, Germany, Bosch Ltd., is a German multinational engineering company. It is the world's largest supplier of automotive components. Bosch Ltd is currently trading at Rs 22781.7, down by Rs 215 or 0.93% from its previous closing of Rs 22996.7 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 23400 and has touched a high and low of Rs 23400 and Rs 22456.05 respectively. So far 24245(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs 70187.63 crore.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 25649.95 on 10-Aug-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs 15752.65 on 12-Feb-2016. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 23275 and Rs 22110.15 respectively.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 70.49 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 19.81 % and 9.71 % respectively. The stock is currently trading above its 200 DMA.
