Major heavyweight Capital Goods stock, Larsen & Toubro Ltd is trending weak on Monday, trading at Rs 1394 per share, down by almost 1.35% or Rs 106.3 per share, and is dragging down the BSE Capital Goods index. AIA Engineering is another stock in the BSE Capital Goods index that is dragging the index down, trading down by 1.85% or Rs 6.92 per share at Rs 1339 per share. 

BEML is the top gainer in the index by recording gains of more than 2.88%. Kalpataru Power is up by 1.91%, and is trading at Rs 270.10 per share. Crompton Greaves is up by 1.58%, and is trading at Rs 64.10 odd levels. 

Havells, Suzlon, BEL, NBCC and Solar Industries are all trading up in the range of 0.6% to 1.6% on an intraday basis. Larsen & Toubro Ltd is currently trading at Rs 1385, down by Rs 29.55 or 2.09% from its previous closing of Rs 1414.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 1415.9 and has touched a high and low of Rs 1416 and Rs 1383 respectively. So far 1506933(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs 131931.82 crore.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 1615 on 27-Jul-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs 1016.6 on 12-Feb-2016. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 1469.7 and Rs 1410 respectively. The promoters holding in the company stood at 0 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 55.58 % and 42.37 % respectively. The stock is currently trading above its 200 DMA.
