JSW Energy Ltd is currently trading at Rs 55.7, up by Rs 0.2 or 0.36% from its previous closing of Rs 55.5 on the BSE. The Board has approved the raising of funds up to Rs 750 crore, through the issuance of Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures by way of private placement and has authorized the Finance Committee to decide on all matters relating to the proposed issuance of the debentures including finalization and approval of the detailed terms of issue.

The issue proceeds would be used for the general corporate purposes, business operations, working capital and repayment of existing debt of the company. The scrip opened at Rs 55.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs 56.3 and Rs 54.7 respectively. So far 1108598 (NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs 9102.28 crore.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 88.2 on 04-Jan-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs 53.5 on 09-Nov-2016. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 61 and Rs 55.2 respectively.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 20.53 % and 4.47 % respectively. The stock is currently trading below its 200 DMA.
